Whenever any conflict happens in the family, one or the other members take the help of court for property distribution dispute. As per Jyotish, if the family members want to settle this in a smooth way, then they should ensure that the property is divided in shubh muhurat. Below factors should be considered before the division of property.

-          Nakshatra should be considered before dividing property. As per astrology, Shubh nakshatra for dividing property are Hast. Ashwini, Pushya, Uttaraphalguni, Uttarashadha, Uttrabhadrapad, Rohini, Swati, Punarvasu, Shravan, Ghanishtha, Shatbhisha, Mrigshira, Chitra and Revati Nakshatra

-          Tithi should be considered for property division. If the Tithi in which the division will happen is auspicious, then the results will be auspicious for you. If property division happens on dwitya, tritya, panchmi, saptmi, dashmi, ekadashi, tryodashi or Purnima tithi, then it will be considered shubh.

-          Vaar should be considered before dividing property – As per jyotish Shastra, vaar should be considered while the division happens. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are considered auspicious for property division.
