Being established in the Self, your inner peace spreads outward and makes you a more responsible human being full of caring, sharing and love.

When we take proper sleep, then the physical fatigue comes to an end, but meditation gives us relaxation of mind and stress-free life.

When we chant mantras in yoga session, the tune and vibration of the mantras help us in spiritual awakening and it is an effective way to clean our mental garbage and feel the connection with dualism theory.

The spiritual benefit of yoga is in the form of “Drishti”. It means that yoga gives us the mental strength. Hence, you become a wise sage making fewer mistakes that harm yourself or others.

Yoga establishes the connection with the forces of the universe. During yoga, the posture opens the heart center, stimulate the third eye and open the crown chakra, we start to realize that there is more to life than my body, my goals, my thoughts, my emotions, my desires, my passions, my dreams, my fantasies. We start to tune into the bigger purpose of our life in relation to others and in relation to the divine forces.

The most important spiritual benefit of yoga, it stimulates the feeling of oneness. It is the perfect unity of mind and body. Oneness connotes moving beyond the social structure of good, bad, rich or poor. When you can feel this oneness, this wholeness, this perfectness of the Creator who has created Creation — the sun, the moon, oceans, seas, animals, birds, plant life, wind, air, fire, Mother Earth — it becomes much easier to carry gratitude and contentment in your life and accept both others and yourself, just as you are, regardless of all your perceived “flaws.
